Today…
Today I wrote a 2 page letter to a boy who may or may not have hurt my heart this week. I will give it to him. And when I do, he will know everything. He will know about how much it hurts for me to see him with her. He will know how many words I can use to describe my feelings for him. He will know so much. As terrified as I am for him to know, he needs to. He will be leaving the state for 3 months, not with her, so maybe in those 3 months he will think about all the things I have to say and reassess us. Maybe, just maybe, all the things I tell him will hit the spots that will remind him that I am maybe not the best one, but I’m the best one for him.
Saw Beastly last night with my sister… Here’s what I learned about myself:
I am extra attracted to boys who looked like the Beast while extremely turned off by boys who look like homeboy beauty. I’m all about the mutilated…. I’m so weird.
